This includes leasing of vacancies, financial management, mechanical management, emergency maintenance, coordination of repairs and renovations, and regular property status reports. MMG is focused on establishing relationships with property owners by performing reliable and timely repairs and maintenance. This includes quick response to emergency maintenance. We also maintain a commitment to tenants that is characterized by a standard of maintenance that is consistent from apartment to apartment. Tenants who rent through Miksis Management will choose continue in their current apartments or move to another property managed by the company.Cost of services will vary depending on the property and services requested.
